CU Departmental Billing (ARC Chartstring)

Fees

  • Room Reservation
    • $50/hour in 1 hour increments
  • Food and Beverages
    • Light fare (sandwiches, snacks, drinks) are allowed in rooms 101 and 104
    • All types of food, including fully catered events, are allowed in room 103A
    • Food and drink must remain in the conference rooms and cannot be brought into the Knowledge Center main space
  • Equipment/Technology Fees
    • Additional fees may apply for technology assistance and room reorganization
  • Cancelation Fee
    • $50, if canceled less than 5 business days prior to event
  • Cleaning Fee
    • $50, if room is not left in original condition
  • Invoicing Fee
    • $15 for invoicing via other then ARC chartstring
