Access Request for Spouse or Domestic Partner

Before submitting this request, you must first register your spouse or domestic partner with the Columbia University Morningside campus Library Information Office at the Butler Library. After your spouse or partner is registered and receives an access card, you can complete this request. The request cannot be completed without the access card.
