Sustained Reasoning

Defining and clarifying a problem to determine exactly what it is and when it has been solved.  The sustained aspect refers to the longitudinal component of the integrated effort needed. Tools include publishing programs, computer-assisted design tools, visualization, and modeling environments. Sustained reasoning is used for planning, designing, executing, and evaluating a solution to the identified problem.
